I received a complimentary meal in exchange for my review, however all opinions are my own.

If there’s one thing I love, it’s noodles. I can eat noodles all day everyday if I could. For someone like me, Noodles and Company is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat. They offer a wide selection of noodles and salads, so you are bound to find a dish that is perfect for you.

My sisters and I were invited to Noodles and Co. a few weeks ago to sample their menu and we were amazed with how many varieties of dishes they carry. I really love that they specialize in noodles because you get to try different flavors you would not otherwise have the chance to at other restaurants.

Noodles and Co. is all about cooking with real food. Their dishes are free of artificial preservatives, flavors, colors, and sweeteners– and you can really tell the difference in their food. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are and the bold flavors really allow each dish to shine in their own way. Each dish is handmade right before your eyes, customized exactly how you like it.

We had all of our meals switched to vegetarian options. At Noodles and Co they are very accommodating and will customize any dish to suit your needs which is so nice.

Salads

The Napa Market Salad featured mixed greens, free apple slices, Roma tomatoes, bleu cheese and a pomegranate vinaigrette. I really loved how fresh this tasted and I’ve never had salad with apples in it so it was surprisingly delicious. We also tried the Veracruz salad which was on the spicer salad, also surprising to me for a salad. It had mixed greens, Roma tomatoes, red onions, fresh cut corn, and tossed with Jalapeño Ranch dressing and avocados and cilantro.

Our favorite pastas that we tried were the Penne Rosa, Wisconsin Mac and Cheese, Bangkok Curry, Pad Tai, and Pesto Cavatappi. The Penne Rosa had a spicy tomato cream sauce with mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and parmesan. It was delicious. The Wisconsin Mac and Cheese was Zach’s favorite (of course) it was very creamy and had a blend of different cheeses that enhanced the flavors. The Bangkok Curry was my personal favorite. It had a sweet coconut curry with broccoli, carrots, red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, rice noodles, and was served on napa and red cabbage with black sesame seeds. The flavors were so fresh and I really loved the coconut curry, there was almost a citrus vibe to it as well that I enjoyed.

The Pad Tai features a traditional sauce and green onions, rice noodle stir-free with scrambled egg, napa and red cabbage, citrus, peanuts, asian sprouts and cilantro. My sisters loved this dish, it was their overall favorite. We also enjoyed the Pesto Cavatappi which features a curly pasta, basil pesto, garlic, mushrooms, tomato, cream, and parmesan. It was really delicious and i loved how creamy and fresh the pesto was.

We also had desserts which were rice crispy treats and cookies that were good. They offer a variety of beverage options and there are also appetizers, sandwiches, and soups to choose from, too. It’s a really great place to grab a bite with your friends and family. I definitely recommend it and I know my family will be back very often.

Community

Noodles and Co. also does an amazing job with community involvement. They offer various ways they partner with organizations such as fundraising events where a percentage of sales benefits the organization. They do donations for silent auctions, provide discounted gift cards for groups to sell through their Scrip program, and they can also be on site at events for food sampling. Each Noodles and Co. tries to benefit their own community in different ways, which I think is awesome.
