Holiday baking is definitely one of my favorite things to do during this time of year, regardless of how stressful, messy, or challenging it can be at times.

My family loves to bake.

I recently made some delicious gingerbread fudge the other day while my sister whipped up some Elf on the Shelf cookies. We spend lots of our free time over the weekend baking up goodies!

Baking is definitely something my entire family can enjoy and participate in, no matter what skill level. I even have Zach help in mix the batter when he’s in the kitchen with me.

Despite our differences in tastes, one thing my family can agree on is banana bread. Everyone in my family loves it! It's so versatile.

I love adding walnuts and chocolate chips to our banana bread for added crunch and flavor. Another thing I love to add is Wild Friend’s ‘chocolate peanut butter + protein’ because it’s loaded with protein and my family is all about that. This banana bread is unbelievably good!

I added a secret ingredient: I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!

Using I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! leaves this banana bread incredibly moist. It has less saturated fat and less calories than butter, so you can enjoy this banana bread, guilt-free. I mix the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! with the bananas and brown sugar first to ensure that it’s all incorporated.
