This blackberry lemon smoothie recipe is one of my most treasured smoothie recipes I created during the summer time this year. The addition of the lemon and honey really create a wonderful flavor that adds another dimension of flavors to this smoothie. With ingredients like blackberries, and raspberries, and Metamucil, I have easily created a smoothie with over 15g of fiber!

In most of my smoothies, I like using the addition of spinach to help stabilize my blood-sugar levels throughout the day. Don't be afraid of this addition because you will not even taste the spinach in the smoothie! It's a super discrete taste so you can get away with making this blackberry lemon smoothie for your kids, too.

Blackberry Lemon Smoothie

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 1/4 cup of water (or until desired consistency)
  • 1 TSP Metamucil Sugar-free Berry Smooth
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1/4 of a lemon
