Medifast Week 6 and 7 Updates
Here is a really quick update on my Medifast journey so far. As you know, I’m a Medifast blogger and receive complementary products in exchange for my honest feedback.
Week 5 I was able to lose 2.4lbs bringing my weight down to 140.8lbs– I was so excited! And then our basement flooded.
It literally rained on my parade because we spent all week clearing everything from our house, ripping out carpet, throwing out furniture, cleaning, scrubbing, removing mold– everything you could think of. It was bad.
So during week 6/7 while I was still on my Medifast I wasn’t making the healthiest choices for my lean and greens and I didn’t gain weight or lose weight– just stayed the same. And then I gained weight, and then I lost weight.
I wasn’t surprised at all, just really disappointed and exhausted. It was just a bad couple of weeks and I’m ready to just get over it and start fresh with a new mindset like I had originally planned before the flood.
To keep me motivated and stay on plan, I’m going to create a little “vision board” of my weight loss goals. It really bothers me because by now I was suppose to have lost around 20lbs on this plan. I just want to be there already, you know? Sigh.
On the upside, I’ve officially lost 10lbs with Medifast so far.
