Sample Medifast Meal Plan (Day in the Life of a Medifaster)

I’m a Medifast blogger and receive products in exchange for my honest opinions.

If you’ve been following my blog, you’d know that I’ve been on a weight loss journey with Medifast and I love it. But I’ve reached a point in my journey where I am so close to reaching my first goal weight (125lbs) that it seems almost impossible for me to reach my goal. They say the last 10lbs are the hardest, and they aren’t lying.

So many temptations, so many obstacles, so many set backs.

I thought this month would be it for me, that I would finally reach my first goal weight. But it has definitely been challenging. But when you come across a challenge, you don’t just give up. No, you have to push through with determination and do what it takes to get there because if you do keep going you will reap the benefits of your hard work.

A day in the life of a Medifaster– my sample Medifast meal plan.

You do have optional snacks and flavor infusers to have in between your meals (or with your meals), but trust me when I say that you won’t be hungry on this meal plan! I stay full and satisfied all day long with Medifast. Also, it’s so important to make sure you drink enough water throughout the day (at least half your weight in oz.).

Medifast isn’t difficult. If you FOLLOW the meal plan, you WILL get results. It’s that simple.

Easier said than done though, for sure. Meal planning is definitely one way to stay focused and on plan, but having the will power and determination is something that you have to conjure yourself. It has to come from within and you have to want it so bad that you will do what it takes to reach your goals.

I am SO close, I just have to keep going.
