Canned tuna is a staple in our pantry and we try to make a healthy tuna salad recipe at least once a week.

Tuna is a great source of protein and contains Omega-3 fatty acids that are essential to our health and development.

What I love about canned tuna is that it is convenient and completely versatile. There are so many recipes you can make using canned tuna, from pasta and sandwiches to salads, pizzas, and more.

My favorite way to prepare canned tuna is by pairing it with an assortment of vegetables to create a healthy tuna salad recipe.

I like to use cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, and celery – but you can pretty much use whatever you have on hand.

I love eating tuna for lunch because I can transform it into a quick and healthy meal when I’m running low on time or if I’m in between classes at school with a short break.

The best part is that you can prepare all of your vegetables ahead of time, so all you have to do is arrange your tuna bites in about 5 minutes!

Ocean Naturals wild caught tuna is a premium tuna with a dash of salt that’s either packed in water or olive oil. There are no fillers, additives, or preservatives, so it’s a great healthy option for your family.

One serving of Ocean Naturals Skipjack Tuna in Water contains 90mg of Omega-3 fatty acids!

Ocean Naturals tuna is not only good, but it’s good for you and good for the planet. You can actually learn more about where you specific tuna came from just by visiting Ocean Naturals and entering the code you find on the can. How neat is that?

Thanks for the great recipe ideas. This company sounds fantastic. I love how it’s not just dolphin safe tuna but they use safe catch methods that limit ecosystem impacts.
