Celebrate Earth Day: Etsy Inspiration!

Celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd! Here are some of my earth day inspired finds from Etsy.

This stone is a perfect gift for any gardener or tree-loving friend. All stones are crafted by skilled gardeners and each piece is truly one of a kind.

Reusable Paper Towels via TheTailoredHome.

A stylish and eco-friendly way to clean up messes around the house. Comes in a set of 12 individual towels. When they’re dirty, just throw them in the washer and dryer.

Bird Nest Ring via KarismabyKaraJewelry.

This bird’s nest ring is a perfect spring accessory. The subtle markings in the turquoise-colored stones make them look like eggs hatching.

Twig Pencils via ThePaperyNook.

These twig pencils are crafted from natural tree branches with natural graphite pencil inserts. They perfectly complement any country, garden, woodland, or rustic-themed event.

Woodland Acorn Wooden Keepsake via CattailsWoodwork.

This eco-friendly box can be used to squirrel away your treasures, coins, or maybe even your keys. I would most likely use this to store away my jewelry.

Reusable Snack Bags via PineappleSpice.

Made with 100% cotton print on the outside and water-resistant nylon on the inside, this reusable snack back is an eco-friendly solution to keep your snacks secure while you travel. It also includes a convenient clip, perfect for younger kids.

How will your family celebrate earth day this year?

Earth Day is the annual day when people come together to demonstrate their support in protecting our environment and educating others of the importance of it. I’m going to make it a goal to buy reusable solutions like snack and sandwich bags because I go through plastic ones far too often. I’m also a fan of cloth wipes, so I would love to invest in some reusable “paper” towels as well.

What are you going to do to make this earth day a great one?

XO Aly

That reusable snack bag is too cute! I am going to look into cloth paper towels – we don’t use a ton of regular ones, but I know we do contribute to the trash.

We are a green and crunchy family and I love the items you spotlighted. The paper towels are a hard one for us to give up, although i do buy the recycled and unbleached ones.

I have a snack bag like that that I use for dry snacks when I travel. I do need to get better about not using so many throw-away paper products.

I want everything in this post, and so I would give everything as a gift. I am hopelessly and constantly moving toward green and eco friendly in my home. This is a wonderful representative of helping someone see something great that they can use to take a step toward both eco living and possibly energy efficiency. Whatever they move toward they will be totally cute doing it.

I would give these as gifts, as well. Small steps can make big changes in the long-run!

I love these reusable paper towels. I want to get one of everyone of these things! The Acorn Keepsake would be a great gift for my daughter, who collects a few acorn items. She has a beautiful Silver Acorn Necklace that she could keep in it!
