5 Tips for a Beautiful Smile!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant. All opinions are 100% mine.

One of my favorite features of my face is my smile. With that said, I spend a lot of time taking care of my teeth and making sure they always look their best. Over the years I’ve gathered a few tips and tricks along the way to take my beautiful smile to the next level.

5 Tips for a Beautiful Smile

1. Brush At Least Twice a Day.
It’s so important to brush after each meal. You don’t want the extra food to get stuck in your teeth. The sugar in the food can cause bacteria to grow and ruin your teeth from the inside out. Brushing after every meal is a goal I have each day, but when that’s not possible I aim to brush at least twice a day– once in the morning and evening.

2. Invest In a Great Toothbrush.
Manual toothbrushes just don’t get the job done as well, in my experience. I love using a spin-brush toothbrush like the Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Spinbrush. It removes 100% more plaque than a manual toothbrush and my mouth feels so much cleaner afterwards.

3. Use a Toothpaste with Enamel Strengthener.
The Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Toothpaste removes 100% more surface stains than ordinary toothpaste. It’s the only toothpaste with baking soda, peroxide, and active calcium to give you a brighter, cleaner, more beautiful smile. It also helps whiten your teeth while strengthening your enamel– so important for long-term healthy teeth!

4. Whiten Twice a Year.
I love to do a routine whitening session at least twice a year to ensure that my smile is brighter than ever. The Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Whitening Booster is clinically proven to whiten your teeth in just one week! It contains 3 times more whitening agent than a leading white strip. I love using the whitening booster along side my toothpaste for double the effort.

5. Floss. Floss. Floss.
It’s annoying, but necessary. So much food gets stuck between your teeth you wouldn’t be aware of unless you actually flossed. Flossing helps keep your teeth free of food in between meals and is important in oral health care. Your mouth will be cleaner and you will feel much better after flossing. Trust me.

It’s so important to take care of yourself for optimum health. When I think of living more radiantly, I think about health. To make the most out of each day, I suggest drinking plenty of water, getting some fresh air, eating a balanced diet, and doing more of what makes you happy.

Arm & Hammer whitening booster is the only whitener that I’ve tried so far that really works for me. Love it!

You’re a life saver, Aly! I’ve been looking for methods to whiten my teeth, but I haven’t been very successful. I’m never used Arm & Hammer, so maybe I’ll purchase that when I’m at the store next. Have you ever heard of activated charcoal to whiten your teeth? I’m scared to try it!
